The East Baton Rouge Parish Library has prepared a new, stand-alone, dedicated 10-year millage continuation proposal designed to secure stable funding for operations, programs, technology, and restore the Pay-As-You-Go Capital Improvements Plan. This plan responds directly to community feedback and helps ensure the Library can continue to serve residents with excellence for years to come. Read more about ongoing efforts below.
