Capital City Council of the Blind will host White Cane Day at the Main Library at Goodwood on Saturday, October 14, 3-5 p.m., in recognition of Blindness Awareness Month. Members will demonstrate how the visually impaired use a white cane to maneuver around the Library and outside on the plaza. There will be information and items on display to help visually impaired/blind individuals. All ages are welcome.
