The Greenwell Springs Road Regional Branch Library was the third facility to be constructed with funds from the original 1986 property tax.The facility is designed to serve the residents of the central area of the parish.It was completely renovated following the Historic Flood of 2016.

The library features a large meeting room, a variety of conference or collaborative study rooms, a digital training lab, a maker space, and dedicated rooms for children and teens.
